Orders & Products

What kind of products do you sell?
We sell military-themed DIY building block toy sets — including armored vehicles, army soldier figures, Jeeps, and toy weapon building sets. All of our products are toys and building sets, designed for building, display, and play.

Are these real weapons or replicas?
No. All of our products, including our military vehicle and "gun" building sets, are toy building block kits — not functional or real items.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@megoha.com with your order number. Since we process orders quickly (within 1–3 business days), we can only make changes or cancellations before your order has shipped.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Germany.

Do you ship outside of Germany?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Germany. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are handled within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping — so about 4–8 business days total from order placement.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for more details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — we do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@megoha.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments

What currency are your prices in? All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR, €).

Is checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
